The farm stand is full of all sorts of tasty veggies!
Here’s what we are harvesting:
- Cucumbers galore!
- Yellow squash, zucchini…the squash vine borer has gotten into these, so these won’t be around much longer
- The tomatoes are finally starting to ripen!
- Sweet peppers (bell and ajvarski)
- Potatoes, turnips
- Greens (Broccoli Greens, Collards, Kale) — they are a little bitter due to the heat, but still super healthy!
- Yard long beans are starting and they are delicious!
The garden is still looking great, though we could use some rain and the heat is slowing down production.
